18th century cabinet research

I am posting the picture of the cabinet that we were talking about last meeting.
Why I'm into it:
1. the quality of the paint: slightly distressed, but purposefully so, I think.
2. the contrast of the orange and red figures on the green background. They really pop. I would love to see this manifest in the relationship of Mary's dress to her world.
3. the bulbous shape is really interesting--totally 18th century, but kind of modern as well.
4. it's potential placement as furniture style for Mary's apartment setup.
